1, physical properties: PP material is a kind of the lightest plastic, non-toxic and tasteless. From the physical properties of the most easy to understand what PP is. Its shrinkage rate is relatively large, so the molding of the product is not accurate to the size. But the surface gloss of PP material products is beautiful, which is conducive to product coloring.



2, mechanical properties: what is PP material you have a general outline, let's look at the mechanical properties of PP material. PP material generally belongs to the polymer, and the internal structure is relatively stable, so PP material has stable mechanical properties. In general conditions can maintain 30MPa strength, much higher than polyethylene polymer.



3, weather resistance: refers to the durability of PP material to the outdoor environment. That is, PP material on the sun, climate, wind and rain of a bearing capacity. But in fact PP material is very sensitive to ultraviolet light, so its anti-aging performance is not very good, but through a certain method can be solved.



4, thermal performance: as the name implies, is a heat resistance of PP material. We say that PP material can be melted at high temperature and is very liquid, but this high temperature is generally unattainable. Because PP material has good heat resistance, so the product made of PP material will not produce the slightest deformation after boiling water.
