Pocket Bag Filter Coalescer for gas turbine(Coalescer Rigid Pocket Filter)

The main material of the hot melt filter bag is a special liquid filter material.
The filtrate surface of the filtrate is treated by special singeing, which not only prevents the fiber from escaping from the contaminated filtrate, but also avoids the excessive clogging of the filter pore caused by the traditional rolling treatment and shortens the life of the liquid filter bag.

All raw materials are white, without any special bleaching treatment, fully comply with environmental protection standards, and because of the three-dimensional filter layer of needle felt, when the liquid flows through the needle felt, the particles will stay in the liquid filter bag due to the deep filtration mechanism.

The inner wall surface and deep layer have high collection efficiency for solid or colloidal particles.
The uniform thickness of the needle felt, the stable opening ratio and the sufficient strength make the liquid filter bag stable and longer.
